A tale of running NSVs
I started this weekend excursion to Philly out right: by leaving my gym bag at the office. In typical me fashion, I realized I had one less bag after I was on the bus. If both the boy and I didn’t like the gym so much, it wouldn’t be a big deal, but there I was: no Asics, no sports bra, no compression shorts.

February 23, 2012 is the most beautiful day in the history of days. It’s like the weather has taken a running leap at me and started screaming to go for a run.

Slow, strong quality time with the treadmill. Wasn’t looking to break any world records tonight - just wanted to run and have it feel good, and it did. I think it’s the farthest I’ve gone since Jerusalem 10K, which is a little way more than pathetic, and I definitely felt good enough to run another few miles!
I’m feeling a big PR for the St. Patrick’s Day 8K....

Vandals attacked an under-construction mosque in Chantilly over the weekend, causing extensive damage, authorities said.

I just realized
that yesterday in Legal Aspects of Comm, my fun fact about myself was that I’m training for a half-marathon for my birthday. That’s odd.
