Went to Politics and Prose for the first time today! (I missed the NatGeo reporter I wanted to see speak, but I felt obligated to visit anyway.) And of course, I curled up with a book about Israel… It’s a graphic novel! By a cartoonist who lived in the West Bank while his girlfriend worked in Gaza for a year. Pretty interesting medium to use to explore this subject, and he sums up some of Tel Aviv pretty well :)
